This page is devoted entirely to the late country and western talent, Marty Robbins. Marty was an extraordinary performer, and one of Country Music's best loved entertainers. During his long musical career, he continually received honors and awards, as well as winning the hearts and touching the souls of the fans who loved him. The name "Marty Robbins" is generally synonymous with Country and Western music, and many know of his cowboy songs and ballads containing stories of the old west. Who hasn't at one time heard of perhaps his most well known cowboy ballad, "El Paso"? And yet, Marty was successful in recording love songs, hawaiian melodies, and pop, and had several crossover hits. We lost a great talent when we lost Marty, but perhaps this page will bring back as many wonderful memories of him for you as it did for me while creating it. I hope you enjoy this page. |  |
